Olivia's First Easter

What a great weekend!!! It was always a really big deal to decorate eggs when we were growing up, so we made sure it was a big deal for Olivia, too! Naturally she wanted to color her hands instead of her eggs and she did. I caught her standing in the refrigerator this morning banging the eggs together saying "ball, ball". Yep, they are ruined!!!!!

These are the sweetest pictures to me. Although she really didn't know what was going on, she quickly caught on after watching her cousins Tate and Valerie picking up all these funny looking "balls" as she called them. Her favorite part was lugging around her basket. She thought is was a purse and would not put it down. As a matter of fact, she carried it around so much she now has two raw places on the creases of her arms.

Chinese Squat !!!!

I'm not really sure why she does this, but EVERY time I say "smile" she squats down. Not sometimes, EVERY time!!!!! She only smiles AFTER the fact that I take the picture. She squats, I take the picture, then she runs to the camera just laughing and smiling to see herself on the screen!!! The last one is her helping her daddy put the grill together!!!!

These Are My Ears

YIPEEEEEE, she finally knows that her ears are her ears and not her nose!!! She wore this to church Sunday. It's actually the outfit we brought her home in, so it brought back a lot of really GREAT memories!!!
